The Association's office is located at 4818 Spring Branch Road, Spring Branch, TX 78070 in front of the swimming pool park. Office hours are typically Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 12:30 pm. Access to the parks is by federally registered key only and are issued to property owners in good standing. Realtors & Title Companies:  Our annual assessments are $200 with a fiscal year of June 1 through May 31. Our property transfer fee is $100.00 and resale certificate (if requested) is $50.00. Disregard the transfer fee for a refinance. Any other questions, please contact the office.
